Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination, you shall pay for all Services rendered up to the date of termination.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Website immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
